    I'm selling Parxy.com.

    I put a lot of work into this site. Less than a year ago it was averaging $200 per day from ClickBank. Traffic was rapidly increasing and I could see the $500 days in the horizon. Then it was hit by the Penguin update. I have no idea how to get it out of that update, so I'm just selling the site. It has over 1,000 articles some of them are over 2,000 words in length (all quality content).

    I created the whole site from scratch. Right now it sells 1 - 2 products per month. It sold three products two months ago ($120).

    This can be a gold mine if you know how to get this site back into Google. I made over $3K just from the Tao of Badass alone.

    I have no time or desire to invest into this project any further so I'm selling it for just $850. I optimized every single page to be as profitable as possible.

    I'm a Web Design & Developer grad from Full Sail University, so rest assured that the website is done very professionally.

    The domain itself is five characters long, and over six years old.

    First sign your site is under penalty? the elusive site:parxy.com search. When I conducted this, I return 1,220 results. So, Google hasn't de-indexed you. Therefore, the penalty must be mundane in nature.

    That being said...

    I'd need to see earnings proof to see where you come up with $850 as your rock-bottom price. The website does have an HTML design, which is cool. Seems to have lost backlinks over the years (perhaps you just disavowed a bunch?). Without earnings proof, and with such a simplistic design (articles really don't mean much unless 1000's have shared them), I'd be low $xxx in a bid. LLLLL domains don't have the 'wow' factor anymore.
