    Hello,

This is my situation at the moment.I made an eBook. I was wondering if foreign users can actually send me money even with the current RBI regulations. I have both domestic and foreign buyers. My account is verified. So, can i receive international payments AND also the domestic payments?

    Thanks,
    Sai

Hi! So international payers can send money with their EXISTING paypal balance or a Credit Card right? Unlike Indian users. And mroeover, can anything be done to receive the Indian payments through Paypal? or by any other means?

Yes International users can send payment via PP or CC.
For Indian payments, you need to go with another processor like PayZippy etc. Or you can use netBanking.

Indian users can also pay using credit card (and some debit cards too) via Paypal.

Its just that when you receive payments in your paypal account, it is mandatory to transfer the money to your linked bank account.

There are plenty of options for the Indian users. They can pay via cash deposit in your bank, internet banking, debit card or credit card.
