I don't know what happened but when I check the PageRank of WebDirectory.tk it have a value of 1 even it's just launched a few days ago and I'm lightly surprise about that. If you want to see the prove, here is it: http://blog.firm.tk/2013/10/our-web-business-directory-has-been-launched I have a web development blog that have many contents and that's more promoted than this directory but until now the PR of the technology webblog is 0. The business directory doesn't even have a single "dofollow" inbound links. Any thoughts about this issue? Now I doubt about the importance of PageRank. I think it's not important to get more traffic from search engines.
It looks like this thread is not interesting to the viewers.. Come on guys its about having a PageRank value of 1 in just a single week without having a dofollow inbound link! I think the viewers thought I'm lying but I'm not.
This is really strange... How did he managed to do this when there is NO PR update... Well, his webmaster can easily have a fake PR for his website, but it's impossible to do this WITHOUT a PR update...
Oh.. I see even to my thread on the other online forum which said: Maybe it have a PR value of 1 when it was redirected to the "Coming Soon" page a month ago and get ranked because of its keywords while it's still coming soon or maybe it have a PR of one when I get it. It's a rare case.. And now I know why my weblog doesn't get ranked.
Ah, I see what's the meaning of PR 0, I thought it was SEO PROfessional.. No it's PR1! Try to check its naked domain name without the "www." prefix.
