If you need a Virtual Bank account you can get it from Payoneer most probably. Contact their support team. Remember, you will find many sites offering you this service but 90% of them usually scam you. Do your research and invest your money wisely.

 

But Payoneer does not transfer money to Indian bank ac.

 

They send you an ATM card so you can withdraw from your country from any Master card supported Atms .Just check with them if India is supported or not.

The only way I am aware of an India merchant being able to obtain a legitimate U.S. merchant account is to have a U.S. entity with a U.S. tax ID for that entity, and have a U.S. bank account for that entity. You will probably also need a U.S. signer or co-signer as well, but that may vary dependent on the merchant service provider you deal with. Otherwise, you could most likely obtain an offshore merchant account. However, like a U.S. merchant account; offshore merchant accounts have specific financial and supportive documents you must provide and your business type and business model must be in compliance with the merchant service providers acceptable business policies.
