    Your blogs template looks good. But remove the empty ad banner at the top and the links at the footer.It give an impression that your site is still under construction. Though your site has good text content, most of them are from ezinearticles. This decreases your chance of getting in to Adsense.

    1-the empty ad banner is for adsense ads
    2-the articles is for me I have got the articles from ezinearticles and reform them
    3-I have an adsense account but I want to know if the blog is not illegal

    Fortunately the site will be rejected from Adsense when you apply with the reason "site does not comply with Google's policies". That it google's polite way of telling you the site sucks. It does.
