    I don't really agree with this at all. Create content and products that your customers love, and they will keep coming back. They will share with friends through links and social media too. Get the website and/or product right so that your visitors/customers love it. In time you will grow and prosper.

    According to your profile you've been researching this for a couple of weeks. In that time you can't possibly have verified and experimented with all the advice. At best, you know stuff, are you able to reliably regurgitate it?

    Yeah... be sure to create tons of landing pages, Penguin really boosts sites with lots of landing pages and a sitemap. {rolls eyes}

    How about make a good site that users like? That's what Penguin is about.

    To be sure the advice is any way legitimate at all, he would need to implement it and then wait for the next Penguin update. The last one was 4 October (more than 15 days ago) and nothing since to verify it against.

    The OP's "infographic" (misinformationgraphic?) is a bunch of vague suggestions. Completely ignoring things such as evaluation the business and making a solid, realistic business plan. Ensuring to always pay attention to your audience (I feel like a broken record, but look at all the successful sites - they cater to their audience - and also take a marketing or writing course, what a surprise - the audience is what's important!!).

    Avoid Penguin, Giraffe, Monkey, Donkey, etc, updates? Take your business seriously and never forget that it's your audience/customers who will ultimately make you money, so give them what they want and not search engines.
