    1. English Blog with wordpress as cms
    2. no autoblog or using auto generated content script
    3. blog with min 3 month old with traffic min 100 UV perday
    4. not banned adsense
    5. not deindex / banned by google
    6. easy to get indexed and cached by google
    7. not abandoned blog without update for a long time
    8. budget per blog max $25
    9. niche: specific in automotive, home, tech, electronic, computer, celebrity, movie, music, games (pc/console), traveling niche

    So the site will earn $25 in just 25 days.
    So sellers: Here is a free advice keep your site for another 25-30 days.

    For OP: Raise your budget/offer price for the site(s) you are looking for.
