Buying Commercial Site Using CSS Needs a Facelift

    Need a good reliable designer to give an old (ugly) commercial site a facelift. It's using CSS. Around 40 pages of content.

    The web designer hired will be responsible for:

    1.Coming up with an appropriate design that is desktop and mobile friendly (I'll give you some style examples).
    2. Creating a logo for the site. Simple but tasteful.
    3 Porting over all content (if necessary) and preserving all current links.
    4. Cleaning up the directories so content is organized.
    5. Work quickly, maintain good communication.
