    I googled a keyword dedicated web programmer and came across some websites who're offering full time, part time and hourly web programmer. Confused about it what is the best choice free lancer or such dedicated programmer?

    It depends on your business requirements.

    Is your project big enough to support a programmer on your staff - if so it will be cheaper than a freelancer but comes with legal ties and restrictions. A freelancer is good for smaller jobs which take days, weeks or months because once it is completed you have no ongoing obligation.

    I'd be looking for personal recommendations from your business partners rather than trusting someone you googled.

    I am using Odesk to hire programmers . Its a really good site for any sort of projects. i would recommend it
