    Hi

    I have PSD files and need someone to make it HTML,CSS, JS Please send your Previous work and price per page, I will check the code and give you the work.

    Few Requirements:
    MUST be Responsive in all Phones, Pad and PC
    MUST be SEO friendly coding with alt, img, meta tags
    MUST be add html and css comments in The coding
    MUST be operational in all type of browsers
    Use php extension for all files and include header.php, footer.php with php "include" tag
    Use Less or light images for fast loading

    I finished all works properly and completely for this guy. He was totally fine with it. I sent him all the files, but he never paid me for no reason. Absolutely no reason. He stopped replying to my messages and deleted me from his contacts on skype. $300 is still due. Never ever work for him.

    Ouch. It's partially your fault for working without taking an upfront deposit, which is the standard practice.
