Is my website worth selling?

I have a website that has an alexa ranking of around 3 million and has around 200 unique views per month and around 16 unique articles. I am using qadabra but it is not generating that much money (around 4$ per month). I don't have that much time for the website that's why it is suffering. Do you think I should abandon the website and leave it or should I sell it (do you think people would be even interested?). I would love to hear your suggestion.

I am sorry if I posted in the wrong section, I thought this is the most suitable section to post in.

People will be interested if they see potential but they are unlikely to pay much for your site. It all comes down to whether it's worth holding on to or not.

You will be surprised what some people are interested in buying. If it has been a consistent earner (even at such a low amount), there is a better chance of finding a buyer. If you don't feel you can take the site any further then why not list it for sale on DP? (You will be able to when you have one more like and it's free.)

If its producing some revenue and getting traffic you should get something for it.

If your site has been earning on a consistent basis, even though it's only $4 per month. There may be some people who want to purchase it. You won't know until you try to sell it. I wouldn't abandon it without at least trying to see if you can sell it.

Alexa ranking does not mean anything. Questions potential buyers would ask are
    • Where is the traffic coming from?
    • Is your content original?
    • Who are your competitors?
If you post your website here, maybe we can offer better advice on how much it is worth.

If you want to make success then you need spend time and money for it. If you don't have both of them then sell or just quit. When you do something for hobby then there should be some effects.

My key question is about your business model. Does it take 16 new articles each month to generate 200 UV's and $4 per month? If so, that does not sound profitable.
