    Hi Guys,

i am wondering if my site got penalized, but before disavowing backlinks...
Well... i just want to contact google to know if they did something about my website.

But in the manual action of the web tools i don't see anything, and i don't have the option to send a reconsideration request.

So if someone have a mail support ? or another available google form somewhere on the net ? i am interested ! thanks ! ;)

a good way to finding their phone number is by looking up the company on Google Maps. On the sidebar it will say their phone number

Yes this policy of non-support is strange from google, there is hard way to find contact on relevant google department.
    good luck

You have no option to submit a reconsideration request as you have no manual penalty!!! No point submitting a reconsideration request or contacting google!

Obviously not the smartest cookie on the block: I will type this really slow for you: They do not have an option to submit a reconsideration request in their webmaster tools as they have no manual penalty......which bit of that did you not get?

I think no need to worry about this, because know one know which type of links of your websites are not good in the eye of Google.

Hey thanks for your answer !

sorry i was away from the forum... in fact i was wondering if it was possible to be "penalized by google" even without seeing any alerts from them in the webmaster tools... like a "sneaky" blame from google.

Because i got impacted by Penguin 2.1 in a strange way... for all the keywords i was building links (mainly paid services) i am no more existing on google... and for longer research sentences on google, i am still there.

So i was wondering if i was impacted by something... that's all :)

This has been said already in this thread, but here it is repeated in a nutshell. If you have a "manual action," meaning that a person at Google has decided your site stinks and sent you a message telling you so, then you can fix the problem and reapply.

But if your site has gone down in position with no manual action it means that the algorithm doesn't like you as much as it used to, and there is no way to contact Google to ask why, or have it re-run the algorithm. And if you did happen to phone Google they would politely hang up on you. No one could afford to answer phone calls from angry webmasters, there are too many of them.

However, I dearly wish for a button that you can push to re-run the algorithm, panda, penquin, cheeta, or warthog sub-algorithms so that I could tell what tweaks work and what ones don't.

Hey before you use disavowed, be sure that is your last resort. I've been told that if you use that you are basically admitting that you've done something wrong.
