What should i do to index my website pages frequently in short period ?

Hi,

I made some changes in my website with do-follow and no-follow links on 3 Oct 2013. I searched for a keyword in google and it's indexed only with old version of my page. I tried social bookmarking but nothing happened. Google cache shows it cached on 29 Sep. so i didn't get any improvements in my SERP. when can i get the updated cache?
What should i do to get it fast?

 

What changes did you make? Did it involve your permalink?

 

There was an outbound link to my web developer site. I put No-follow link for it and put some do-follow link for my page internal links.
