    Toolbar PR has no barring in the SERPs. Actual PR (what you don't see) does, so forget about toolbar PR.

    Even better is to start looking at better, more updated metrics like DA/PA, Moztrust, Trustflow etc from opensiteexplorer.org and majesticseo.com. Toolbar PR hasn't been updated since February and I wouldn't be surprised if Google chooses to stop updating it.

    Google PR does not depend on how fine your site’s on-page optimization is. All that makes or breaks it is “backlinks”. The more the number of natural, high quality links to your site, the higher your site’s PR. So, you’d need to focus on building authority backlinks to your site.

    PR is one of the 200+ factors that collectively determine your site’s SERP rankings. Do not lose much sleep over it. Rather concentrate on the bigger picture - traffic, SERPs, conversions and ROI.

    Google gives a Page Rank for website. it depends upon various things like how much quality back links for your website. website design and structure and how optimize you website.

    Its based on a traffic of our website, but do your quality don't bother about Google page rank more. As your quality work may take care of Google page rank, traffics etc.,

    Page rank has no effect on your SERP but give you an idea on how many websites are linking to you. The higher the rank the more links you have coming in but Google will use a much more complicated formula to judge how "powerful" you website is for a given keyword. Simple use Page Rank to give you a very basic idea on how link building is going.

    PR means your page rank. It ranges from 10 to 1. 10 being the highest and 1 being the lowest. Sometimes it take people a long time to just get PR1. You have to work for it but it's worth it in the long run

    Google PR depends on quality or PR of website, where you build the links for your website. But after feb, 2013 Google not updates the PR of website.
