    I won't divulge the title quite yet. For the right person, writing this will be a 'hoot'.

    My preference is USA (due to the current state of things), but an educated UK writer with current news knowledge may be acceptable.

    To get an idea what I need, mix Congress, alcohol and 200 million pissed off Americans into one article.
