    Looks like @icex999 makes a habit of bidding and not paying looking at the other 2 messages on his profile page, obviously he's a complete waste of space or just another penniless dreamer, Surely some sort of warning is in order in his case

    coming back to thread, what if you allow only those people to bid who have linked their paypal accounts, and once the bid is closed the amount shall be transferred from winner's PayPal account to yours automatically???

    I know this might be a little late and the thread is not new, but may I ask, how to "report"? Do we report the user, the auction? Sorry, I've never reported anyone/anything so I have no idea how to do it.

    As Shawn mentioned:

    Disallowing members to list without Instant Pay is probably the best solution. This should hopefully resolve or reduce such issues.
