    Check offervault.com; you can literally search for any type of product or CPA product to promote, and they'll show you if they have any affiliate programs that match.

    I'd check, but I don't want those types of cookies on my computer (lol).

    I have promoted impactfive.com products for a few years now, they have sizegenetics which converts well for me and recently added penomet which also does well :)

    The internet is filled with tons of information. FREE INFORMATION that is. As the internet becomes more mainstream, people are becoming more educated. What worked years ago because of people's ignorance, will no longer work again. There is no product out there that can permanently enlarge your ding dong and everyone and their dogs know this. Penis enlargement has become really hard to sell, I suggest you move along.

    As long as there are men looking to enlarge or enhance, this industry will still have potential.

    The penis enlargement/male enhancement industry has evolved significantly, but the programs that have kept up with that continue to do well.

    Our "MeCoach" program (both the service and affiliate portion) is not only continuing to convert extremely well, but it works in conjunction with many different penis enlargement/male enhancement products.

    I think you just need to look for pharmacy affiliate program and deal with ED products. The niche is highly competitive but also very profitable

    Impactfive.com and sellhealth.com are two of the most popular. There's a few 'exercise' programs on Clickbank as well that might fit the bill. One I recently started promoting is dxaffiliates.com - it's too early for me to say how good the affiliate program is, but the products are very popular.

This product is very well branded so many searches on Google (up to 10 000 a month I think just for a KW "Vimax").
