Need Suggestion on Developing Similar website like Udemy.com

Hello, I got a project. I have to create a web site like https://www.udemy.com/

Please someone guide me that which tool is the best to create this kind of website.
I have almost 3 years of Experience in Web Development ( PHP, Wordpress).

Should I develop this website using Wordpress?
Or what should I use to develop this website.

What is special in this site? U can get developed it on wordpress it seems so simple..

 

In this website, there are extra features like two type of users Registrations like (Students and Teachers).
Students can see and buy any course and Teachers can upload and sell their courses.
So first thing is two type of users registrations and adding payment systems like paypal, credit cards etc. ( Note: there are some courses which are free too).

Showing two different dash boards one for student and other for teacher. Managing their sessions separately.
Watching Lectures videos by parts. And A system which checks if user watched the whole video or not. If student watched the whole video then it says lecture one is completed.

and there are other more complicated functions in different sections.

If this is possible in wordpress then how can we implement these kind of functions? any idea?

Personally I would recommend developing a custom site to do this rather than using wordpress.

 

So should I use Core PHP or any Framework (Like CodeIgnitor , Zend etc). If I should use Framework then which framework I should use?
