What's wrong with latest Penguin Update Oct 13

What's wrong with latest Penguin Update, it claims to target sites with paid links, but my site doesn't have any paid link , still my ranking dropped.

Can anyone explain why it happened?

Please reply, this is second time due to Penguin Update, my ranking have dropped.

 

so you are offering services which are in violation of Penguin and asking what is wrong, either you are dumb or you are just trying to b ignorant.

Directory Submission has become less effective, but it is not dead, there are so many sites still offering it and let me tell you Penguin Update target bad links for website which can be on any topic.

 

but it's counted as same, may be there are many but most of them has already been affected, you should find other ways if you are willing to rank once again. what i have seen and observed is that these kind of sites are the main target for Penguin.

 

google update is just a mystery. No one knows whats wrong
