    Hey all,

    Again I stuck with another problem. Recently I have site
    marmm.com
    Code (markup):
    . When I search Hair Transplant Expert in Google.com than I see my site on second page. But When I do the same in Google.co.in than I can not see my site. I see 10 pages but my site is not on first 10 page. Can any body tell me How it is possible??? What should I do now???

    if you want to rank in Google.co.in try building backlinks in .co.in domains. You have been doing OFF page work for your website in .com domain, Google probably thinks that it is not relevant to rank your website in Google.co.in as you have targeted Google.com until now.

    Each website have there own service area which is defined by the website owners activities like If your TLD is .com (mostly US baised website contain or websites having worldwide business), Your keywords (Hair Transplant Expert - which is without location. As per Google this is a worldwide service you are providing. If you have a local service or service in a particular location you should you local term), Distribution on internet (Off-page activities used for business promotion), and most important 'server location' (usually google see the server location and identify that in which location website owner want to serve the service. Its very important factor in case of serving local business), physical address available on the website..
    Hope now you can understand that why your keyword is ranking on .com only but not in .co.in.

    You're getting personalized search results. Better check the rankings using rank tracking/checker tools like serpfox and whatsmyserp ... Both have free version.

    Actually its not a problem. if your site is all about indian things then you can target your website for india from google webmaster tools. or if you target for others country then you can also do it from that place. I think its targeted globally that is default option. you can still optimize it for different country by doing backlinks from those country IP.

    Google is showing return different result on different country.

    This is normal and Google probably thinks that your website is more suited for global audience than a selected local audience. This may be because you have:

    - NOT specified target location in the webmaster tool
    - NOT used a ccTLD
    - NOT used geographically active keywords
    - NOT optimized your website for the targeted country

    Also, I've found language has a lot to do with ranking on google in specific countries. In Mexico for example, google.co.mx will generally rank pages in spanish higher than pages in english. It might work the same for google.co.in. Since your site is in english and not a local language, it ranks lower on the localized google site. If it's applicable, try translating your site into a local language and include alongside the english translation.

    Depending on the platform your site uses, there're several ways to do this. You can name-space the translation to either a subdomain (in.marmm.com for example; not as good for SEO) or a sub-directory (marmm.com/in/...; preferred method for SEO purposes).     From your website meta tags, i can confirm that you are mainly targeting India... Hence,
    1) mention about your country in webmastertools (geo target location)
    2) Include India specific terms on your text content
    3) talk more about niche issues which happened or giving services in India
    4) Try to set your website language tag as UK english
    5) Do offpage optimization on Indian based websites
    6) Associate Google map if possible with indian location
    7) Google+ page targets india
    8) i suggest you to change your design... You really need to worry about user experience!!!!

    And finally, patience..... its the key....

    If you want to rank in co.in make sure to build links from that countries based blogs etc sure you can rank in that search engine too
