Online reputation

    If any user write a bad review to any product & that web page is shown in first page of search engine then what can i do....

    Improve your product?

    Get better reviews posted on credible sites
    Improve the SEO on your own site so that even if the review stays on page 1 your site shows up higher
    Contact the website and see if they'll remove the review. Threaten legal action if necessary.
