make your site complement theirs, that is make it so that your site thread is posting a solution to something. on their site, not a flat out link to your forum.

Don't use forums for promotional purpose, those are for discussion purpose and gain knowledge from experts. you should not promote your sites information here. You have a signature option to place a link, try to place your website details in signature section, dont place it in thread.

And you answer should be related to the question and it should be unique. Search in google "forum posting in seo", you can get some basics postings about forum posting.

Before you create an account it would be better to check once forum guidelines. :)

This is a common mistake when you are starting. You go to all forums posting things like "yes", "thank you", etc. No real value in your answers. So, you get banned.
Try to participate and be part of the community. That way your links will have more value.

So basically you are asking "how can i spam a forum without getting banned"??....do you really think spamming is a legitimate way to do business?
just like @shubhambarot who thinks it's ok to have a fake signature, he is also just a stupid forum spammer.

Since when is forum spamming good or important for SEO? Isn't the fact you keep getting banned a big hint that it's unwanted junk. Have you actually ever read the Google Webmaster Guidelines? I suggest you read it and get an idea of what not to do in SEO.

A link is still a link, despite the changes like Panda and Penguin 2.0 in 2013.

If you implement the method well, focusing on tiered linking, forum posts still have their place in a successful SEO strategy.

Of course they ban you, you're spamming and you don't even write English properly.

Forum posting is all about providing information to others even gaining information from others. If you don't want to get banned start answering in forum without links. Use Signature for providing the links to forums visitors.

Don't talk about your site in thread replies. Only promote your site or products in signature section.

The main reason to get banned is if you BROKE any rule or if you SPAM! Just try to take part in discussions, ask GOOD questions, post QUALITY answers, enjoy your time there... otherwise, those forums are useless! ;)

Put your link in the signature and don't spam but post constructive answers. If you put your links in any post then of course you will be banned.

Like others suggested, try to be genuine on a forum, rather than someone who just wants to spam his signature.

If you're not familiar with the niche you're in, you could always try checking Google for help before posting answers to any questions on forum.

Dude ..Come on are you that lost...
The link is in your profile not in your post's that's spamming and that is why you got banned..
Go to fiverr and buy some EDU llinks and some social bookmarks and have and a link wheel drip feed
...You will rocket yourself in the search engines the only problem is that you are going to have to keep it up
if you want to stay on top once you get there...

Many forums site is banned you behind this some reasons:

    1) Either you not follow their rules and Guidelines.
    2) You put your link in the thread instead of Signature part.

It's simple. JOIN A FORUM to become a useful PART OF THE COMMUNITY and READ THE RULES. Do NOT join to POST USELESS INFORMATION IN ORDER TO SIG LINK DROP. in the hopes to increase WHATEVER you THINK MIGHT INCREASE.
