    The cheapest option is to do it manually. Try to find publications and editors that you can submit your release to.You can do this by looking into magazines and by searching the web.
    Or you can use a press agent or officer. You can also access a wire agency.

    I feel their service quite not bad and it worth while they charges is not expensive. Because i personally found out that submit PR is quite troublesome and waste of time.
