    A few months ago I sold a FB page and after 2 days Facebook banned the page! I have no idea how but I had to give the money back to the buyer. I advise you to keep the page to you and use it for marketing purposes

    Listen... you can sell it to anyone if the fan page has commercial value. I know people that sell their built up Facebook pages and Youtube Channels and even Twitter pages. They just have to have some commercial value. The number of fans on your Facebook page is NOT an indicator of commercial value. What is of commercial value, is its content...content that appeals to the masses.

    People normally don't sell there FaceBook page, but people do us offer as a bonus to make them admin when they sell a site.

    It is actually possible to do it here on this forum as well.
    Go to the forum list and see that there's an option for buy and sell as well. Look into that and you would be able to sell your page.

    No it isn't, its illegal to sell FB pages, you don't own it..Facebook does, and it can't be sold anywhere on this forum.

    Ok. Sorry. My mistake. I read it in another forum someone saying that there is a way to sell it. But i don't know it for sure.
    Then i guess the only advice i can give to sell the page is to go to other businesses and ask them if they want to buy your page. Look at their market, and look at your likes, if the likes are almost the same as what the company wants, then ask them if they want to buy your account.

    Facebooks terms of use implicitly states that you cannot sell a facebook page, no matter what all the scammers and retards might say.
    Read here: https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms, section 4 subsection 9 which states:
    End of argument.

    You need to rethink what you are selling. The sale isn't the page (fb owns it), you are selling admin rights to the page. I don't know if that is able to be sold according to fb's TOS though. Can't sell either here FWIW
