    Hello. Normally the price of a domain that gets its PR from one site is not this expensive. What is special about this domain to justify a $250 price tag? Thank you.

    The price of $250 it's only to have a instant buy. I can put it at 150 if you want to.

    Just for information, it's PR 5 since few years.
