    i want to add a widget that make my site the home page of my visitors
    i want it to work with all browsers like "google chrome and firefox "

    You want to replace the browser's home page?
    Are you sure they would be happy about it?

    Let the visitors decide if they want to set your site as their homepage. You don't need a plugin for that.
