    Can you tell me why should we go for slow directory submission for Seo Purpose?

    How does it help?

    It is better to go slow so that the process looks natural. If you do it all of a sudden then there are chances of getting caught at a point of time.

    Alex has a good point. I was also thinking of it from the publication stand point. Frequently directories that publish submissions quickly are not as quality as directories that review the submissions before publishing them. Links from these low quality directories will be harmful to your site.
