    Hello,

    No Google Humming bird does not have sign of any negative impact on SEO because as per the algorithm all SEO rules and regulation are same as previous.As per Google nothing new in SEO all the rule are same; as we know that quality content and quality backlinks are the major aspects in SEO and after Humming bird algorithm there are still valuable ;So if you have quality content and quality backlinks then you do not need to worry and one major point SEO has not dead.

    No.. I don't think it will impacked as a negative SEO. Humming Bird is a simple change of Old Machine to New Machine with more efficiency. And Google have update it around month ago.

    In my opinion, saying that hummingbird will affect one's search ranking in a negative way is just empty talk. What makes you think so, if I may ask?
    From what I've read about this update so far, it looks like it will help Google better match relevant pages to key phrases.
    Can it be a bad thing? Yes, for those black hats who want to show searchers irrelevant or less relevant material in the SERPs.
    Other than that I'm sure HB will bring a positive change to the SEO industry, cause you'll be able to tell Google
    "my website teaches people to do make wooden cutouts using wood and cutting equipment"
    and Google will understand it.

    Interestingly we have been hearing from a number of the customers we talk to on the rmoov support line that they have seen a further deterioration in rankings and traffic as of one month ago. The problem for these people though is that they are already dealing with a manual spam action, so tend to assume that any worsening of their situation has the same root cause.

    As always, it will be important for everyone to take a step back and calmly assess all factors before jumping to conclusions about what is or isn't working for or against their sites.

    No, SEO is not yet again dead. In fact, Google’s saying there’s nothing new or different SEOs or publishers need to worry about. Guidance remains the same, it says: have original, high-quality content. Signals that have been important in the past remain important; Hummingbird just allows Google to process them in new and hopefully better ways.

    No humming bird does not impact in negative way on SEO; because according to this algorithm all the rule of SEO are same as previous and yes only quality matters i.e. quality backlinks and quality content.SEO is not dead all things are same we need to focus on quality .

    Google revealed a new search algorithm named ‘Hummingbird’. Designed to be more precise and provide faster query results, the algorithm is based on semantic search, focusing on user intent versus individual search terms.

    Hummingbird is paying more attention to each word in a query, ensuring that the whole query – the whole sentence or conversation or meaning – is taken into account, rather than particular words. The goal is that pages matching the meaning do better, rather than pages matching just a few words.

    Amerland goes on to explain how Google’s move toward semantic search will benefit SEO practices:
