Contest Images/Logo contest $20-40 on specific items, details inside.

Hey guys.

I'm looking to buy some logos and images for my companys brand, currently we are using outdated images and i'd like to employ some fine gentlemen to build me greatness. Our color scheme is a bright lime green and black (occasionally white too). See http://www.thinlinx.com for example, but nothing should be designed to match it as this site is getting overhauled shortly.

1. Logo - $20. See current logo here http://www.thinlinx.com/contest/ThinLinX-Logo.eps. I'm basically looking to modernize it, give it a 3D effect , I want to give it some depth, imagine it's Windows 8 art style at the moment I want it to look like Windows 7. But beyond that i'd like to see it improved also, be creative i'll pay for any interpretation of the logo that I like enough to use


2. Mascot $40- http://thinlinx.com/contest/tux.png the linux penguin with a surfboard, our slogan is "are you ready to ride the vdi wave?". Obviously this picture is shit, I'd like this basically remade. Should be based on "tux" but doesnt have to be the exact picture, but here is that picture http://thinlinx.com/contest/tux.png


3. Document Header banner - $30:
Here I want the a professional looking logo in a light graphical header, usage is basically to be used on any offical documents that the company needs to print. There's more room for some type of creative design here to be combined with the logo. Since our product is a thin client and we talk about "riding waves" something with the logo, a green/black/white combo of something wavey but simple as it's a header I dont want it being the focal point of the document.


4. New Logo $40:
This is different from item 1, item 1 is to enhance the current one as it's our company's logo on everything it cant be completely changed. I want something new and unique to use on promotional material. I'm not sure exactly what i'm looking for but it should be consistent with our theme. Hey guys sorry for the delayed response. Thanks for all the responses both here and the PMs I've received.

The color is varied quite a bit I apologise for not being more specific

#3. good designer: I like this, color is too deep of a green I presume that's an easy change with the PSD

#4 and #9. remus94: I like both of these a lot, color could be a tad brighter, easy change i'm sure. On #9 capitalise the X on LinX and I think we'll be sweet

#5. nelutu: I like the cartoony art style, very nice

#7 .biscuitdzn: This is good I like it, simple and effective

#12. sushant1221: I like the colored one here

#14. johnrossgd: Like both of these, very bright green. It works well with the dark grey.

I like the color schemes of #4 and #14, they're very different but work well I can use both of these
