    use a proxy to get videos
    use jwplayer to get videos + use their advertising plugin, so you can put your own ads on the player.

    YOu can make webproxy in the php but you wont be able to make application in the php. For proxy changer for windows application you can use c# language windows application to make proxy changer and make setting in the browser of the system.
