    It took about a solid week of being on the phone with Payapl and that credit card company. I also had to submit documents. Once things were decided in my favor, I had to wait 7-10 days for the money to reappear in my account.

    First of all $320 is may be big amount for you but little for them. I didn't hear from anyone in India that Paypal had sent legal notice for this amount also if they send it after 180 days you can ignore notice if you are right.
