    Suggest me off page seo techniques which are really working.....Can i participate in forum discussion where links are not allowed but you can write up to 2-3 lines without any html tags in signature....

    Forums are really worth for getting traffic and gain good back links, but it would be better if you can follow below points

    - Don't try to gain more links, try to answer for more questions
    - Don't put your link in thread, you will be ban, use signature option
    - You answer must be a unique and effective

    Best Off page SEO techniques working these days are
    1. Blog Commenting
    2. Forum Commenting (get links from signature)
    3. Article posting
    4. Social bookmarking
    5. Guest- Posting (try to get links in between the contents)

    All the above mentioned methods are used to get the backlinks, which i am sure u must be aware of, what really matters is from where these links are coming from. The source of the links must be relevant to the theme of ur website.

    How do you think to add your website then if LINKS are NOT allowed? Just writing yourdomain.com is NOT enough to get a backlink from forums... Better go with other forums, take part in discussions, reply to other people, starting threads (but do NOT spam!) ;)
