There was no new tips come for on page optimization. Doing all the old tricks which is not violate Google algorithm guidelines. This is the best on page tricks now.

Hi in my opinion No any new updates in On-page SEO but use a off-page so content marketing related effort including so that is the best.

 

There is nothing new, only Google made in-depth seo more important.
You need to do:
- link your site with google+ and include rel="author", rel="publisher"
- include Rich snippets data. Best open graph and itemprop

There are no any huge differences in basic On-Page optimization techniques. Google become little strict on for Search Engine Optimization, after last update Google requires Unique Content and High PR website Backlinks. Your On-Page optimization should be as per Google's algorithms, like proper Meta Tags optimization, Image ALT tag optimization, Link Structure, Keyword Density, Unique Content, H1 Tag optimization, XML sitemap, robots.txt, etc... Nothing new friend, but keep unique content in your website. DO not spam and link wisely.

 

Nowadays, "Content is king" So keep main focus on content. If your content is unique then your website will not be penalized by Google Panda.

 

Nothing has change just focus on good and quality content. Now Content is the king of SEO. So keep update good content.
