My website been ranking for an keyword in second page 20th position which i have been doing some off stuff yet it's not moving further need help on this ranking which has good number of searches and competitions is low

keep working off page part , submit more of articles and bookmarks with more of social sharing especially retweets that will help you in a great deal. I have faced a similar situation thatswhy I am telling you this keep using these technique and your keyword will be in top 10 for sure..

Guest post in High PR blogs maybe 10-15 (PR3+) and 1-2 press release. After this get ready for a bump.

Why not try and buy some high PR expiring domains. You might be surprise how powerful it is. If you do guest posting and other article submissions, it will END UP on a PAGE WITH PR n/a... But of course, it's not bad to do those stuffs because I do it also to diversify anchor texts. But what's really giving the juice are the High PR backlinks and that's where I place my main keywords as anchor texts.

You have to collect backlinks in natural way..
Few basic tips:

• Do not use any software/tools for building backlinks.
  
• Collect backlinks from relevant and high quality (High PR and Domain Authority) sites.
• Do not use exact match keyword every time.
• Do not copy content from others.

Social signal is also important. Do social media for your site.

Just compare with competitors websites . What are the methods they are following. once follow competitors sites means surly your site get traffic easily
