The only thing that brings to mind is making sure your URL's have the keyword in the URL. I don't know of any other way to optimize a URL. Generally speaking if you have an authority site with killer content and a large following then you could care less about optimizing your URL's. If you believe that Google still puts some value in seeing a URL with the keyword in it then you should optimize your URL's. If you use WordPress this is done on the Settings --> Permalinks setting. Change it to the "Post Name" option and make sure the title of your posts has your keyword(s) in it and you have just optimized your URL's. Just don't stuff them with keywords. These days Google can tell what your content is about based on the content but as long as your title is relevant and not spammy it doesn't hurt to have the keyword in it. This is pretty standard.
