I have checked your website, you have maintained well at On-Page level, but there are few changes still required. Make title little larger around 60 Characters, and cover up your keywords in it. Same thing required in Meta Description, Make Description little larger and increase it around 160 Characters. After doing On-Page seo move to Off-Page seo and make sure that in which website you are doing submission must have High PR. And always use Unique Content.
