Searching for a reliable imap helpdesk (ticket) tool

    Hi,

    I am looking for a reliable imap helpdesk tool,
    I know there are many out there but none of the ones I could find manage emails.
    All I came across remove emails from my mailbox and I want the emails to be placed in folders so I always have a backup of all the communication.

    Any suggestions?

    Yes, are you looking with live chat or only tickets..
    I have recently purchased good helpdesk software from ajsquare.
    There will be a option to add staffs to control..
    Also they have live support..
    It seems to be good with UI...

    Hi,

    I have some experience with ajsquare, we used their classifieds listing software but they were unreliable and their support was terrible so we dont buy products from them anymore.
