    What kind of media site do you exactly mean? If you are talking about site with thousands of embeded videos or pics, you can use script like PHPmotion Video Script, Clip Bucket, or Free tube script. IMHO it isn't the best way to make money online, because of copyright problems.

    I think you need to start over. Think of the online business you want to build, have a look through similar sites and work out what you can do differently, write a business plan and be realistic about the amount of time and money you want to invest in the business.
