How to Extract 1gb file in File Manager

    Hi,

    Now I'm decided to move my site in Godaddy & I've upload my site backup in godaddy. the size of backup is 1.2gb and folder format is .tar.gz

    When I going to extract this rar file so there was show an error. so please let me know how can I extract this file.

    Sorry to say but never host anything with godaddy. There is little you can do here unless you call them.

    How do you expect any help for "some error"? Could be faulty archive, could be full disk drive, could be dead mouse stuck in the cooling vent... It's impossible to give any help for that.

    Big file though. If you move your site why not to try full backup function and then restore from your whm panel.

    Its Very Easy...
    You just goto ssh and activate the ssh..
    now download a software called putty(ssh client)
    connect with ip of your server and put your primary ftp user and pass...
    goto that directory by 
    cd directory_name

    now issue command 
    unzip zip_file_name.zip
