I have an idea. Let everyone of us share the top websites and blogs he reads and from which he gets his inspiration from to run an online store and ecommerce business.
I mean to create a nice list of resources that online sellers and ecommerce managers can use to make their businesses better.

I‘ll start by posting the top 5 websites and blogs I read to make my online store more successful:

Practical ecommerce ( http://www.practicalecommerce.com/ ) – This is a nice blog which provides down-to-earth articles and advice to help smaller businesses succeed online. I read it every week for the past 2 years. It is useful no matter your ecommerce experience or the size of your online store.

Ecommerce bytes ( http://www.ecommercebytes.com/ )– Blog similar to practical commerce but with more interviews from the leading persons from the ecommerce market. They post a few articles per day.

Ecommerce ABC ( http://www.abc-of-ecommerce.com/ ) – A practical guide (ebook) describing the whole process of creating an ecommerce business, starting with how to create it and finishing with how to get more traffic and sales. Although it is not free, many useful information is available on their website and in the free preview version.

Powersellersunite.com ( http://www.powersellersunite.com/ ) – Very big place where many online sellers post useful information, tricks, how to’s, etc. very useful for any online sellers, especially for those selling on online marketplaces.

Get Elastic ( http://www.getelastic.com/ )– As they claim, the #1 subscribed ecommerce blog. Just like Practical commerce and Ecommerce bytes, publishes daily articles with useful information related to ecommerce.

These are the top blogs and websites I regularly read to make my online store and ecommerce business better.

A great website to read is http://www.entrepreneur.com/ - even though it isn't directed to online selling it's a great read and resource for anyone trying to start a business. Online or Off. Hope this helps out.

WiderFunnel.com - wider Funnel posts many high quality articles about marketing and conversion optimization.

My resources are people to follow rather than specific sites. I get way more information from these guys that most e-Com forums.
