Hello here's my try.

 

Hello everyone! Thank you for all the submissions, we're getting close! I'm loving some of these concepts! Just a few general guidelines:

Please keep the eye gender neutral... I dont want a female's eye
I would like to see an OPEN book please
Keep it clean and simple!

With that being said, my favorite concepts so far are - zyndtel, khai budz, and frikusha... especially frikusha

@puttu thanks for the submission and following the illustration. I'm not very crazy about the lady reading at the top. I would prefer the eye to be gender neutral. Thanks!

@Matt T Thanks for the submission. This isn't realy what I'm looking for... can you make the R look more like a face and make the ruler a book? thanks!

@ikbelkirasan thanks for the re-work! If you can make the "RV" like a person holding a book that would be great!

@khai budz This is a great concept!! Can you make the scroll he's holding look more like a book? Also, he looks very devious... can you make him look more friendly? thanks!

@cosmin90 Thanks for submitting a design! I dont like the book very much... the eye is okay, but I really need something that is not gender specific.

@vicky786 Thanks for the entry! I like what you've done with making the nose on the inside of the R, can you make the eye not so girly? And maybe look like its holding the book.

@zyndtel Thanks for the entry... I LOVE the face, this is exactly what Im looking for in the face, Also, you kept it clean and simple, which is what I like. I think the V needs a little work... cna you make it look more like an open book?? Thanks!
