Buying Blog Manager

I am looking for someone to manage a number of blogs - this will be a small number of hours per week but will be ongoing [and may develop into more].

I have a number of WordPress blogs and need someone that can:

• Keep the plugins updated regularly
• Create pages that look really professional (I provide content and image but you do the layout)
• Suggest plugins to improve my sites
• Use WP Robot for a number of my auto blogs - using the modules and managing / watching how it works. (This is important - please give me some details of your experience)
• have the ability to correct any errors that may appear from time to time.
  
• A number of them use Pagelines framework - experience of this would be good - although I am also open to new themes etc.
• Follow instructions but yet make suggestions.

In your reply please give me the following information

1. Your country (this is important for me to know the time difference between us)
2. Your experience in Wordpress - have you the ability to design from scratch? Do you have a list of suggested plugins? Are you able to improve SEO (including keyword research).
3. Your hourly rate (in US $ paid via Paypal) I am happy to pay your rate - I don't negotiate so please give me your best price. I also don't work by budgets - so i don't have a figure for you - just give me your rate. (By the way, I rarely buy the cheapest price and I never pay the highest!)

Thanks for your reply Rahulpandita - however WP Robot is a plug in that allows automatic posting to a wordpress blog - nothing to do with robots.txt files.
