    The site has gone through a number of changes and it's performance has had its ups and downs. It was originally an ecommerce store, then changed to article-based format, doing well with Adsense.

    While it has performed well in the past as an article site and, generated revenue, that was a different era before major Google changes. It was dormant for a while. Now, it's been remade into an ecommerce site. I would regard it as a new site more than an established site, though does have a history.

    It can be somewhat automated, but I would suggest editing descriptions and reviews. IT would be advisable to utilize the theme's features for increasing presence in social networks, such as Facebook. As for traffic, utilizing good paid-for-traffic sources might produce profitable results, rather than hoping for significant organic traffic.
