    Difficult question.

    Right now the site has not a lot of traffic, but it has an excellent potential value for text links.

    With 10 links sold for $30 a month, the value would be $3,000.
    With 10 links sold for $125 a month, the value would be $12,500.

    Obviously it would take some work to sell the links.

    I have never tried to sell links, so I have no clue how much work that is.
    I have many sites and stumbled on this site yesterday. I had no clue that the PR had advanced so far, as I have not touched the site since several months.

    If I get a decent offer here, I'll take it. If not, I'll sell some textlinks and keep the site.

    To make a long story short: BIN $6,000, offers should be above $2,000

    Almost none sells a month in a PR6 for 125 and not a lot for 30. I have seen yesterday a pr7 for 35...so your price is high...

    No one sells for income that will happen, all sell for income that has happened and can be proven, the longer you prove this income the more youll sell for. If you want that kind of money, wait til your pr changes, then wiat a couple of months til people overpay for links. Then wait 6 months while takcing monthly screenshots of payments. THen youll get your money ;)

    Has traffic been declining since April and May? Where are the visitors coming from--any search engine traffic? Can you post Adsense stats by month so that we can verify that they are not declining?

    Cody, PR has nothing to do with traffic or income. PR is simply inbound links, and the quality of those links. Build some good inbound links, shouldn't take long to be at least PR4 or 5.

    I would like to see November as well, and to know if this is automated or not.
