I need help starting my first PPC campaign with Google

So I need to setup a ppc campaign based on the following keywords:

access control
metal door
loss prevention
folding doors folding
security door
window security
window bar
home safe
security bar
security gate
security fence
folding gate
security grille
door security bar
patio security
scissor security gate
Counter Security
Fire Quick Release
Security Cage
Store front Security



I have set my max bid per click to $3.25, but I guess all I ahve left to do is to setup my billing info and then the account will be activated to target ontario? How can I edit the ad text that shows up in the PPC box?

Click on the Tab "Campaign" then "Ads", move your cursor to the ad you want to edit and follow image.

 

make sure your ad text includes some good keywords.

 

Better still, use a dynamic title to increase your CTR dramatically:
{KeyWord:insert default title here}
You need a default title in case any of your keyphrases are longer than 25 chars.
Also, don't use a dynamic ad for any mis-spellings that you're targeting!

try to include keywords in your ads to increase Quality score and relevancy. and don't worry about add text you can edit it n number of time in adwords

 

Are you really serious you paying $3.25 for each click and are you really going to make profit with that, why not try to find cheaper keyword or other network where in that kinda of money you can get much more traffic and quality is not that different.

I have advertised in google many time and may be my bad luck I never got a conversion, so for me its just waste of money and same time I have good success in other networks and I can buy much more traffic.

 

I agree with aassociatehit, $3.25 for a click, your profit margins had better be massive.

From what I read on other forums and from personal use of adwords, if you get a 2.5% conversion rate from a top position ad then you are hitting the average, so can you make money if each conversion costs you $130.00, and Like aassociatehit I am sure you can do better elsewhere for that kind of money
