Well, what makes you think that it works now?

Also: your second account will be banned eventually. Have fun while it lasts

Didnt u read google's TOS ? They have clearly stated that the stuff should not be copied. Better you use your own images.

    Why not?

I have a blog with Google adsense in it. I searched for pictures on google and put these pictures on my blog. My blog wasn't banned and its over 4 years now.

Yeah, Alice Smith is right that Google does not allow copying of contents. However, you can always link back to your image sources acknowledging them. Or, you can edit that picture a little bit. Resize, change color hue, add additional artistry stuff then rename the picture's filename. Upload it to your site then done.

That is if you have a good and unique article and you just added a picture to make it a little bit engaging. But if you just copy and post the picture with a single sentence description then that's when Google calls for Foul.

I believe there is another reason why our Google Adsense account was banned.

    Because it's copyright infringement

That's only legal if it's stated in their copyright. Even pictures under a creative commons license can prohibit commerdcial use of their picture (you can earn money with adsense, therefore it's commercial use: can depend on country law).

Would be like stealing a car and leaving your address at the place.

Well, that would also break copyright law

Note: not everyone is going to enforce their copyright.

Depends on what type of images you need, but if you need some to go along the articles you can use free stock images even commercially.
Some of the free stock sites are
    http://www.stockfreeimages.com/
http://www.sxc.hu/ (currently down, but is one of the most famous free stock sites. I hope this downtime is temporary)

some of the big stock sites like http://www.istockphoto.com/ have one free file every week

Even if you don't get banned by Adsense, always think twice if you really want to steal someone else's work and make it appear your own. I know money doesn't stink and I would do pretty much anything to make more money :) Still, there are million ways to get images for free without stealing.

If the owner of the images does not report that to Google, yes, it could be fine.

What if the site is based on Amazon products and you are putting images from Amazon, as far as I know Amazon allows this, this way you are not breaking any rules.

No, doesn't mean that at all. Getty Images have a team that are constantly searching for their images being used elsewhere. We got caught with images we'd got from a site giving away images - not realising they were originally from Getty.

Simple: You can NOT use legally any image on your site that is subject to copyright! Just because others do it, does not make it legal.
