You may use Link-assistant's suite. They offer tools for rank tracking, backlink profile checking, web site audit, social buzz. Check their page. Other alternatives are Moz.com (former Seomoz), link detective, rank ranger. Hope this helps

I've been using market samurai for a while now. It's probably not the best, but I've just got used to it.
I use rank tracker for checking and monitoring serp position for my target keywords and seo spyglass to analyze competitors. After some trial and testing came to conclusion that no other tools beat these two.
