The website has four cash flow, that combined generated $5061 for a year and a half. Here is a breakdown:

I’m advertising two US companies – one electric and one financial company + one of the biggest Binanry Option Broker

Total Revenues from 2 checks form Click Bank - Forex Robots Affiliate - $996
I have forex robots affiliate, which turned out to be very good niche
I have $269 in Unpaid Balance/Forward Balance in Click bank again for forex robots

Total Revenues from Adsense -$230

Total Revenues from Blog Roll + Blog Post + 50 text words ad - $2636
As you see you can make good amount of money.

Total cost are $1300 – design, coding, hosting and mainly SEO!

So to the point why I’m selling me website?
One of the reasons is that I’ve bring back my investment and have good profit, but the reality is that from 6 months I haven’t update it, for 6 months is on autopilot. I haven’t do anything because I reinvest my profits in much profitable projects and currently I have no time ….

Reality is that if there is no updates, the website value is depreciating. I want to buy it someone who wants to further develop it and I’m sure he/she will get invested money fast!
