    You can join in different Facebook groups which are related to Information Technology Magazine and share your page on those groups. Definitely you will get visitors from there.
    You should increase Fanpage likes in natural way. Do not use tools to increase Fanpage likes.

    You could try facebook ads and target them to the IT guys, as well as using a facebook viral "script", There are many of them out there, but I don't have any experience with them myself.

    There are so many ways to increase views and likes to facebook pages. If you want to increase them manually then you would have to work more or there are so many paid tools or services available in market to increase views and likes with very low cost.
