    How do you make money? 200 from ad revenue or by selling movies online? I see your site is in Google index. So what do you mean by its still in Google sand box mode?

    I think you added an extra zero in your asking price. You say monthly revenue is $200 then how do you expect some one to pay you $12000. Traditionally people pay for upto one years worth of total revenue, what you are asking is 5 years worth according to your current monthly revenue. Plus you say the site is sandboxed and obviously requires seo.

    common dude, why not spend that $200 in continuous seo efforts to get it back to making 5-6k per month as claimed by you.

    I don't think any serious buyer would look into this sale. Every investor looks for roi and not a way to spend it away on uncertain business. What if seo does not work? who will pay for the loss??

    just rethink about your auction and modify/relist it with a proper offer.
